The Rockingham County 4-H Next Step Teen Club participated in the Polar Plunge Fundraiser in Rye on February 19, 2012. The group has been in contact with Dominica youth and Peace Corp volunteers and is planning a service learning trip next year. Funds raised through the Polar Plunge will help finance their trip.
Club members are, from left, Anya Vogel of Raymond, Michael Liebfried, Jordan Roberts, and Reba Liebfried of Brentwood, James Turner of Derry, and Chelsea Stockdale of Raymond. The club is welcoming additional teens, both 4-H members and non-members, ages 14 and up, who are interested in service work and leadership development.
